Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Items can only be returned if they are in the same condition as when you received them: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The same conditions apply: the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
